Service Description
This appointment is for patients with a valid ACC claim related to a personal injury—such as a sprain, strain, fracture, or other physical injury resulting from an accident. It includes a comprehensive consultation and treatment tailored to your recovery needs. A valid ACC45 claim number is required to book. Chi Flow Acupuncture Booking Policy A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be credited on the day. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee up to the full appointment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
At The Chi Flow Acupuncture, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We value your time and ours, and we appreciate your support in respecting our booking and cancellation policy. Booking Deposits A $30 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount is credited toward your consultation on the day. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice • Missed appointments (no-shows) Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected changes happen.
