Cancellation Policy
At The Chi Flow Acupuncture, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We value your time and ours, and we appreciate your support in respecting our booking and cancellation policy. Booking Deposits A $30 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount is credited toward your consultation on the day. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of: • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice • Missed appointments (no-shows) Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule: • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice • You can do so via the booking link, phone, or email Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
